Terms of service
These terms are an agreement between Critical Life Insurance LLC, which provides the Final Expense AIOS software (“we”), and the business that creates a Final Expense AIOS account (“you”). By creating an account you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. If you accept for a company, you confirm you can bind it.
Who may use the service
The service is for licensed insurance agents and agencies operating in the United States, and their authorized staff. You are responsible for every person you give access to.
Trial, plans and billing
Every plan starts with a free 3-day trial with full access. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts on day 4 at the plan you chose and renews monthly until cancelled. Prices are listed on the pricing page and charged through our payment processor, Stripe.
You can change or cancel your plan in Settings, under Plan & billing (“Manage billing”). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep full access until then. The free trial is your chance to evaluate the service, so fees already paid are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund. Cancelling stops all future charges.
Your provider accounts and their costs
Calling, texting, voice AI, Do-Not-Call scrubbing, AI models and quoting run on accounts you connect and pay for directly (for example Twilio, Vapi, OpenAI, Anthropic and your scrubbing provider). Their charges are between you and them. You confirm you are allowed to connect each account, and you can disconnect it at any time; a disconnected key stops being used immediately and is deleted.
Your compliance responsibilities
You are responsible for complying with every law and rule that applies to your outreach and sales, including the TCPA, the National Do Not Call Registry and state lists, consent and calling-time rules, AI disclosure rules, state insurance licensing, and carrier requirements. The service includes guardrails (for example, it only calls, quotes and submits applications for contacts in the states you entered as licensed, and it checks your connected scrubbing service), but those tools support your compliance; they do not replace it. Keep your licensed states, consent records and scrubbing service current.
Insurance boundaries and AI features
Final Expense AIOS supports your business operations. It is not an insurance carrier, agency, or legal adviser. Quotes, coverage recommendations and applications are your licensed judgment. AI features produce drafts and suggestions that you review before use; nothing is sent, published or submitted on your behalf beyond the actions you configure and approve.
Your data
You own the data you put into the service, including your contacts, call records and documents. We process it only to provide the service to you, keep each business’s data separate from every other business, and do not sell it. You can export your contacts at any time while your account is active. After you cancel, we keep your account data for 12 months, so if you resubscribe in that time you pick up exactly where you left off. After 12 months we delete it, except records the law requires us to keep. You can ask us to delete it sooner by writing to info@criticallifeinsurance.com.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to contact people without the consent the law requires, to bypass Do-Not-Call or suppression lists, to operate outside your licensed states, to access another business’s data, to send unlawful or deceptive content, or to interfere with the service or its providers.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and may improve or change features. Features labeled planned or in testing are not promised. We will notify you of material changes to these terms by email or in the app before they take effect.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost sales, or carrier or regulator actions arising from your use, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put other businesses, consumers or the service at risk. You may stop using the service at any time.
Waitlist
Joining the free waitlist creates no purchase obligation, subscription, guaranteed activation date, or immediate access. We may email you when Final Expense AIOS is available to use.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts serving Leon County, Florida.
